Description
Injury management for exercise professionals involves a multidisciplinary approach combining immediate care, rehabilitation, and prevention strategies. Initial care often includes the RICE methods (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation) for acute injuries. Later phases focus on regaining strength and flexibility through supervised exercise and addressing the root cause of the injury to prevent recurrence
