Description
Gain a thorough understanding of the essentials of Nutrition and Weight Management. You will be introduced to the many aspects of eating behaviour as well as the physiological processes of the digestive system and the basic biochemistry involved. This course will also equip you to provide sound dietary advice and deliver weight management classes if that is your goal. Otherwise, as a fitness professional, it will be a valuable addition to your knowledge base and skillset whereby you will be qualified to offer more focused nutrition and weight management sessions and advice to clients.
