  • Breathing Patterns Explained and connection to the Pelvis and Diaphragm
  • Foundational Exercises and Exercise Programming for Women
  • Impact of Stress on Female Hormonal System
  • Common Medical Issues for a Woman and Tips to deal with it

Learning Objectives

By the end of this Women’s Health Specialist program, the learner will be able to:

• Understand key anatomical and physiological differences across the female lifespan
• Explain hormonal influences on movement, metabolism, bone health, and recovery
• Describe major life stages affecting women’s health (menstrual cycle, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause)
• Explain phases of the menstrual cycle and associated physical and emotional changes
• Recognize common menstrual-related conditions (PMS, PCOS, endometriosis) and their exercise considerations (within scope)
• Understand pelvic floor anatomy and function
• Design individualized, evidence-based exercise programs for women at different life stages
• Modify training for chronic conditions, pain, and fatigue commonly affecting women
• Integrate strength, cardiovascular, mobility, and recovery training appropriately.

Prerequisite(s)

• Should be able to read, understand and write basic English
• Should be over 18 years of age at the time of enrollment
• Must have Aadhar card
• Must have access to a tablet and/or laptop or smartphone
